If you learn anything from this blog, remember this:
STETSON COUNTRY CHRISTMAS HAS MOVED TO THE RIO!
Yes, you read that correctly. Stetson Country Christmas is NO longer held at the Sand’s Convention Center, and you’re not hearing us complain about it! We love the show, but hated the mile-long walk through the Venetian and the fact that it was held in a parking garage–so we’re pretty excited about the move!
Going into the show’s 26th year of life, Stetson Country Christmas is part of what keeps us coming back to Las Vegas.. Anchored by Stetson Apparel & Footwear (booth # 913), Roper (booth # 1303 & #1401) and Tin Haul (booth # 805), (all sister companies), this show features more than 700 booths. Opening on December 5, and closing on December 15, Stetson Country Christmas gives you an extra day to shop if you’re still in town on the Sunday after the NFR’s 2019 champions are crowned.

One of the show’s new, and most exciting features is that it offers free parking, which is almost unheard of in Las Vegas these days! You can park your car or pickup at the Rio, shop your heart out at Stetson Country Christmas, then hitch a free shuttle ride to either Mandalay Bay for the Roper Cowboy Marketplace (SCC’s sister-show), and the Orleans for the ALL-IN Barrel Race and ALL-IN Breakaway Roping events! There will also be a shuttle going from the Rio to the Thomas & Mack every night for the NFR performance.
As always, the Stetson Stage will be presenting some of the hottest entertainment on December 5-11, including Live with Lucia, hosted by Anthony Lucia, at 12pm.
Starting Thursday, December 12, the biggest entertainment will be the World Championship Dummy Roping, featuring some of the best 12 & under-aged ropers from around the world! Even if you don’t have a little one in the running for World Champion, the event is definitely worth taking the time to stop and watch!
December 5- 15, 2019
Show Hours: 10am – 5pm
3700 W. Flamingo Rd.
Las Vegas, NV 89103
See you at the RIO!
